How do you talk to someone at Shaw?

An installer was supposed to arrive at my house today between 2 and 4 pm. After 5 pm Shaw dispatch called to advise the installer had to leave the field today. She said she'd try to get someone else out and would call me back around 630 or 7. At 830 I called back and spent 2 hours on hold before the call was disconnected. I've also been waiting over an hour to talk to a chat rep. I can't wait until BellMTS upgrades their service in MB and there's competition again. Shaw has the market cornered on fast internet in MB and they know it.

Funny.  I’ve always had very prompt response times to my live chat sessions.  I don’t bother with phoning anymore.  Live chat seems to be their preferred method of client-initiated contact.
