@Djwoodley -- those "unknown users" may be Shaw's WiFi-using remote TV boxes, within your home.
Can you do a screen-shot, and post the image, for us to see what you are seeing?
@Djwoodley Do you have any iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches in your network? If so, they could be set to use private wifi addresses and their MAC addresses are being randomized.

I agree but on the other hand if they got on before, forgetting the device doesn't prevent them from just signing on again afterwards. There needs to be a permanent ban option. One that remains even after a modem reset and what not. I have a profile called wifi prison currently
