HTTP ERROR 400

Hi

I am trying to log into a fairly old email but every time i go to log in to this email it gives me this error.

HTTP ERROR 400

Problem accessing /service/preauth. Reason:

    account is not active:{emailname}@shaw.ca

Tried to log in yesterday also but still got the same error today. Also i know the email name and
password so its not like i am typing in the wrong password.

Hey bltressel,

Thank you for reaching out! I will recommend checking How to Change Your Email and Webmail Password to ensure the email address is active on your account. If it is not active there, it may be on an old account in which our customer support can assist with.
