Is Hillsdown a locality near Red Deer, Alberta?

there are no current outages listed. This web-page does remove listings a few days after any outage is resolved.

Have you powered-off and unplugged all your equipment (cable-modem, TV box, TV) and then powered-on the cable-modem, and let it fully restart, and then powered-on your TV box, and let it fully restart, and powered-on your TV ?  Does this work?
