Inturupted connection for a week

In today's world where even refrigerators are connected to your internet is it really ok to take a week to get a technical support person? 

My house was broken into last week and I cant access any on the footage with my blue curve internet not working and im also totally unprotected now that none of the electronics in my house can communicate. 

Not including the 12 hrs I waited for the support to contact me back and the 2 hrs I spent on the chat app waiting for responses on the plug and unplug trouble shooting (which I already did about 20 times) they now are telling me someone cant come for another 5 days. 

Thats a joke. I live in a city not in the middle of no where. 

Im just baffled and totally disguested that this company failed to provide even one option to help alleviate the issue with a service that im paying good money to be provided; other than wait a week. I was not even offered compensation for loosing almost a quarter of the months service. 

Terrible, disgusting, if you are looking  for a reliable provider this is not it.

@Gerritnatte Oh no! I am very sorry to hear of that experience 🙁, being broken into is extremely scary as recovering the surveillance footage is important. I appreciate your patience while we get this fixed with a service visit. I do see that one of our Social Media team members did credit your account for the time loss in service, I have also credited you the additional week. Let me know if you have any other questions!

I only received a credit AFTER I asked. I was not originally even offered any compensation and that deffinatly doesnt even close to cover the phone data that i have needed to use to run my day to day.  Never mind not being able to enjoy my own home. 

My opion stands this is trash and if you dont have staff to take care of your current customers than shouldn't be in business taking more.
