@Sunshine20 -- I laughed at their wording: you have five(4) incoming emails that were rejected
Five? 5? 4? Four?
If those messages were rejected, how in (NSFW) did their message reach you?
P.S. If Rogers/Shaw were to "upgrade" their Web-Mail system, and "discontinue" some older version, the changes would be on their computer servers, not on your computer, and not requiring you to "opt-in" to any "new" version.
If you use Shaw WebMail, open the message, and click on "Show Original", and copy all the message to your Windows Clipboard, and "paste" the message into an E-mail to: reportspam@shaw.ca for them to investigate.
Or, within Shaw WebMail, select the message, and simply click the "Spam" button, to report it to Shaw.
P.S. Also, if "brentmcf" were a Rogers/Shaw employee, this person would not be using what seems to be a "personal" E-mail ID send a "corporate" message to you.
I did an email test by sending an email to myself from another email account. It worked fine so I know it's working at least.
