I would like to know, why is it , when I want to access McAfee Support , that I am immediately end up in Shaw Support, which is not what I want. Do I have go outside of McAfee , to the web to access their support. If so, this is ridiculous way about going at it. McAfee should change their access to their website in the contact McAfee Support Website then.....very misleading....you end up in Shaw Support....not McAfee Support.
@colinwhite -- through the My Shaw portal, you can freely download and use McAfee.
I can speculate that part of Shaw's deal with McAfee is for Shaw to give support for that product.
Anyway, what problem do you have? Maybe, we can help, on this peer-to-peer discussion forum.
Maybe, uninstall it, restart your computer, download the latest version, and install it.
@sachukz -- in the past, Shaw did offer McAfee Anti-Virus to their customers.
