My hitron downstream and upstream icon are blue how do i fix this?

hi I just recently received a new hitron. The guy deliver, set up the hitron and left  but when I take a look at the hitron the downstream and upstream are blue I tried unplugging the power and wait for 10 seconds and replug didn't work so I'm not sure what to do the yellow wire seems to be connected to the pc tower and everything seems fine but downstream and upstream are blue any clue how to fix this. Everything else seems fine

Mine used to always be green and now suddenly have changed to blue. I'm not sure what happened or why? Seems slower now too

Both the "send" and "receive" lamps on my Hitron cable-modem are blue, and Shaw SpeedTest shows that I am getting more than "Internet 300" that I am paying for. What numbers do you get?
