Shaw passpoint

In IOS it is asking for username and password. Which username and password I have to enter. And there is no profile option to connect.

@Prapul -- that "Passpoint" WiFi network was created for Freedom Mobile customers to get WiFi access. It has been extended to allow customers of Shaw Mobile to use it.

Which Apple cell-phone do you have? 5S? 6? 7? 8? ...

Is it configured to connect to Passpoint?

Is your iPhone 11 brand-new, or did you do a backup/restore from your previous iPhone?

If the latter, try: Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings
