I have the same problem. Ajax version worked fine before Microsoft update and now will not load. No other changes have been done. How do I fix this?

Same as lcf, it would appear that you, Tony, are still using the version that worked for us prior to the update.
So, am I using an updated version that doesn't work? I'm confused. And is there a solution?
Yes lcf, you and I (and I assume all with the problem) are using the same, more recent version of Edge. Tony is using the older version. I expect that depending upon the Win10 build the Edge updates may be rolled out differently. The problem must be fixed within the Zimbra mail software Shaw is using so there's nothing you can do about it.

I see Shaw has still not dealt with this very basic issue. When can we expect you to update your service so that those of using the latest Windows platform can read our mail on our Windows browser?
