Some devices show up in router but not in BlueCurve

I am trying to set up Internet downtime for my kids.  I initially tried to do this at the Shaw Gateway Admin Page (10.0.0.1) but Manage Devices directs me to the Bluecurve Portal (internet.shaw.ca)  The Bluecurve Portal is absolutely fantastic and simple to use but I am having the following problem:

Every device that has ever been connected to the gateway shows up and is accessible in the Shaw Gateway Admin Page.  My phone is there (Galaxy s10) and my daughters phone is there (iPhone 6) however neither one of these phones shows up on the Bluecurve page.  I am baffled as to how this is happening.

I tried a pin factory reset and tried forgetting and reconnecting the connection to no avail.  I double checked and they are connected to the right network.

Is there something I am missing?  Both of my daughters have the exact same phone and only one shows up in Bluecurve.

I also have this problem, all the devices in my household show up on the 10.0.0.1 but half of them don't show up in the portal. Really annoying and seemingly a very common issue that can't be fixed unless they send a new router.

@Suprstar @ChengMing that is certainly odd as they should show up on the page. Are you able to test if this is the same case when using the mobile app

Also, are the names of the two phones different or the same? If they are the same, try changing that.

Same issue. However, with my old router they showed up in Blue Curve. They just replaced it with the same model but a NEW router (due to unrelated issues) and now none of them will show up. Frustrating.
