I have been getting that message now for 24 hours in Surrey BC. I keep trying to log in to pay bill but that page keeps coming up...
Same here. Been trying to log in from Brentwood Bay, to no avail. I can't pay my bill until this gets fixed.
Seems back up now.
It's up for me too, finally. Now I can pay my bill.
