@Gi-JiHad -- I suspect that most VPN-servers on the Internet have Ethernet adapters that support 1000 Mbps traffic, and they have "CAT 5e" Ethernet cables that max-out at 1000 Mbps.
Also, the term "1000 Mbits" really means "10" followed by many "zero" digits. If you convert this number to the "base-2" system used by your computer, you'll max-out around "930 Mbps". So, getting "800" is good, given that the VPN-server probably is handling multiple simultaneous connections, running as a "shared" server.
