I wanted to put Blue Curve router to "bridge" mode (so Apple Router can do PPPoE dial and DHCP) but I don't know PPPoE ID and password which my knowledge tells me I need them to Apple Router (I can be wrong Blue Curve router maybe still take care of PPPoE even in bridge mode?). Shaw's online client service does not understand my request.  Searched in community and seems no one has the same question.  Thanks a lot if someone can cast some light. ๐Ÿ˜Š

You don't need to configure PPPoE credentials in third party networking gear to use the XB6/7/8 modem's bridge mode.

Source: my third party router running DD-WRT firmware is connected to a bridged XB7 modem without any PPPoE settings.
