I am having one heck of a time trying to find the customer support email address. No, I do not use Facebook. No, I do not use Twitter. I do not wish to use your chat function. I do not wish to make a phone call. I want to send an email, which I can compose in my email client. I want to save my correspondence with you. What terrible customer service to make it so difficult to email your support section.

There are several ways to reach customer support. Email however, is not one of them.
If you wish to save your correspondence, just use the chat. I believe it gives you the option to email the chat log to yourself. I may be wrong on that. If it doesn't, just screen shot the chat log.

Unfortunately, if they do not have an email option for support, I will be ending my services with Shaw. That is simply unacceptable from such a large company.

Found this tread after waiting over 2 hours to cancel service by phone. Cannot find email anywhere on their website either and this email contact form is so hidden.
