@shivi11 Open the Rogers Xfinity app, select Home and then Advanced Security and turn it off. See if that changes anything.
Didn’t have advanced security on. I connected with Shaw support and they sent a technician who replaced the Gateway.
Working perfectly now! Must have been a hardware problem
@shivi11 -- replaced the Gateway.
In many towns/cities, Rogers is "retiring" all the Gateway HDPVR boxes. So, soon, you may be forced to migrate to their current TV box.
