Xbox One NAT type moderate, along with disconnects from party. Shaw Gateway

Not too tech savvy, I use an ethernet connection to my Shaw Gateway, and am always on Strict NAT, and often disconnect from the party, sometimes telling me its my UPNP, but I can't find that anywhere on my router (modem?) setup page (IP into the search bar). Help?

Hi accountforforums 

You may need to set up IP passthrough to resolve this issue. We have a bit more information on this on IP Passthrough for Hitron CGNM-2250 

You'll need a second IP address to do this, so if you don't have one on the account already, I'd recommend checking in with our support team to have one added.

@Migz1 this is generally not supported. The resolution is to complete an IP passthrough to the Xbox once you have a secondary IP assigned to you.
