Samsung Galaxy S4 doesn’t complete calls


I’m temporarily using a Galaxy S4 with Shaw Mobility. The Internet works fine but when when making voice calls it displays “Dialiing…” and then ends the call before completing the call. I was using a J2 Prime before the S4 and the J2 worked properly. The S4 settings show all the correct values such as LTE, Shaw as the network carrier etc.  I updated the APN etc via sending texts to 41111 the other text number. 
I chatted to an agent online and he said I had to use at least an S8, which I believe is so ridiculous. 

Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't see your device on this list, but that does not answer your question whether Shaw Mobile supports your Galaxy S4.
