I've been trying to access the admin settings in the Hitron CGNM-2250 modem/router. I'm entering the username and password located on the sticker found on the unit, but continue to receive a "Login Failed" error message. Screenshot attached.

I've tried disconnecting the power to restart the modem, and have also done a full reset with the pin button on the back of the unit. Still receiving the same error message and can not access the admin settings. I'm also wired into the modem when attempting to log in.

Any suggestions is appreciated.
