Ignite TV tuner information
With each TV Player (XG1v3 or XG1v4), there are six tuners available to be shared between the TV Player and the Portal(s) (XiD). Up to three TV Players can be networked together for a maximum of 12 tuners that can be shared between the TV Players & Portals, in any configuration. These 12 tuners will be shared between Live TV, Recordings, and the portals.
Up to 3 TV Players may be networked together in one home with up to 3 Portals (XiD)s attached to each:
- Total of 1.5TB storage space (shared)
- 12 simultaneous recordings
- 12 TV maximum

Note: When 3 TV Players (XG1v3 or XG1v4) are networked together, the tuner limit comes down to 4 recordings at once per TV Player which then translates to the 12 simultaneous recordings limit. Ignite TV hardware configuration can be networked together for a maximum of 12 tuners that can be shared between the TV Players and Portals.
