Adding theme packs online

When try to order a tv theme pack manually there's no option to add a particular theme pack....all it says is You've Selected *Theme Packs* and when I add a note where it asks for any additional information etc I will put the theme pack I would like added....the the following morning I get a email saying the order showed up blank on Shaw's end...so not sure why that happens......oh also is possible io change tv packages manually online as well?
