I get bad audio and the screen seems to jump ahead. It is only on recordings which is what we normally watch. We have the Gateway system. Getting frustrated especially
What does that mean? I have unplugged everything numberous times to reset everything. Doesn't work.
@wem1950 -- how old is your Gateway? It is possible that the disk-drive inside of it is "dying" -- failing to correctly record, and/or failing to read from the disk-drive. Contact Shaw, and get them to replace it, at no cost to you.
