@EJT1 -- another thread on this discussion forum states that the app can only "play" & "delete".
This is a peer-to-peer discussion forum, not a direct path to Shaw Support. So, none of us know the "if" or "when".
I doubt that any Shaw employee who wishes to stay employed by Shaw will tell you any "company confidential" information to address your "when" question.
