Cable is still down in Port Coquitlam and maintenance outage was suppose to be finished by 6 am.

How much longer before cable is restored to Port Coquitlam.  The scheduled outage says from 1 am to 6 am and should last 5 hours.  It is now 1:15 pm and we still do not have tv (cable)  Thank you.

Summary: Some customers may experience an interruption of the affected Shaw services between 1:00 am and 6:00 am PT. This interruption is expected to last approximately five (5) hours. Services will be restored automatically when the maintenance is complete.

To determine if an outage is affecting your services, check your account on the My Shaw website or the My Shaw App and look for an alert banner.

for any current & scheduled outages in the Lower Mainland.

Also, logon to the My Shaw Portal, and look any message that is specific to your area.
