I have only had the tv for a day but the internet for three weeks. the HD box suddenly shows no IP and the tv went off while I was watching. support is needed to fix this.

I tried cutting off the power for over 30-sec and it tried to reboot but I still get "No IP." What should I expect to see on the unit screen now?
@PatCashel It may be a signal related issue. I'd recommend trying the steps here, then power reset the TV box. If you continue to see "No IP", please touch base with technical support to investigate further.
