This is ridiculous. Over a year later and I still have 127 devices listed. Some folks are telling me to delete them manually. With 127 of them, that's going to take a while. I have a better idea. Why doesn't Shaw delete them since they screwed up and put them there in the first place.

This is a known problem and is still happening now May 2022.  Why do I have to keep deleting these IPCoam accounts?  Why can't Shaw fix this?!

Thanks Shaw-Tony. I see a lot of paranoia with some of these posts. IP Cameras and Shaw employees peeking in on users accounts. Please.

Relax folks. We used to have a saying in health care: A horse is just a horse. Don’t chase after the zebras.

One other question comes to mind, are third party devices being used in the users setups that are experiencing the iPCoam problem.

@rickatk

Exaclty. The devices just represent actual devices connected to Shaw TV. Not sure why they call them ipcoam, I am familiar with the term COAM as “customer owned and maintained” equipment. Anyway, some of the ipcoam devices showing up on my account have to be the 3 Fire TV sticks that I use for Shaw TV.

I don’t think this is a problem, if customers don’t like seeing those devices, they can just delete them
