Limited TV in 2022 - possible errors

On the shaw account page, it shows that I have these channels on my Limited TV package.

but when i go to view them, they are not there. 

• 224 - Sportsnet One HD

• 236 - TSN 1 HD

• 237 - TSN 2 HD

• 238 - TSN 3 HD (Prairies Blackout)

• 239 - TSN 4 HD (Ontario Blackout)

• 240 - TSN 5 HD (Ottawa Blackout)

• 259 - WGN HD

• 263 - Pix 11 (WPIX New York) HD

• 276 - Much HD

• 302 - Sportsnet ONE Companion HD - A

• 304 - Sportsnet ONE Companion HD - Overflow

@michaelstein You have limited TV plus a theme or pick and pay channels? You could try refreshing your channels from the My Shaw app, or contact Shaw to help troubleshoot.

No, i do not have any theme packs. I just have Limited TV - $25/m plan.

Doesn’t matter where they live, they aren’t going to get TSN, Sportsnet, and etc on Limited TV.

These were added to Limited TV a few years ago in Standard Definition only. There was an announcement "Service Updates" on this website indicating that TSN, Sportsnet, Much(Music) and the Superstations (WPIX, WGN, KTLA, etc) were added to the Limited TV package at the time. I think this was in 2017.
