Hi,
I'm having difficulty logging into TSN.ca with my Shaw account. This has actually been a problem for a long time, but I can still watch TSN on my TV and I can also stream it on the bluecurve website, so it hasn't been a big issue, but there is some stuff on TSN.ca I want to watch on demand and the website is the only way to do it.
When I click on the link to sign in, I get redirected to the TSN sign-in screen. I click on the button "I'm a TV subscriber", click on the Shaw logo, enter my username and password, which then brings me back to the TSN site but I am still unable to watch any of the streaming video. If I click on "sign in" again it usually just refreshes the page, I don't get to go to the login page to try again. I am using a fairly new MacBook, everything up to date including iOS 13.4, Safari 16.5. If it's useful, I can still login into Sportsnet.ca no problem, and Bluecurve works fine as mentioned.
Is this a known problem, and can anyone help me? Thanks.
Rod

I don't have cookies turned off, so it wasn't that. But your suggestion made me think to try unchecking the "Prevent cross site tracking" setting in Safari preferences, and that seems to have solved it. Thanks so much for your help @mdk
@roddy1980 -- You have a MacBook. Do you have a "non-Apple" computer/device that you can try to connect to TSN's web-site? Result?
I was able to try on a Windows PC, and I was able to sign in to TSN.ca using my Shaw account on there. I decided to try installing Chrome on my MacBook and I can also log in to TSN.ca on there. So must be a Safari issue. Any ideas what setting might be interfering with a successful login?

Cookies attempted to be dropped by TSN into your Safari, but Safari is blocking the attempt, causing TSN to fail to retrieve those cookies, to prove that you are logged-in ?
