If I watch Netflix shows on Shaw bluesky app they are missing every 5th or 6th line of closed captioning. But same show on my phone works perfectly. So it's the Shaw version. Please help
There is an issue with the Netflix app on BlueCurve. I have mentioned this to the moderators, @shaw-tony but haven’t heard back yet.

From Shaw Accessibility settings, can you change the font size, to fit more text onto the screen?
It's not actually closed captioning. It's subtitles.I already small. It's not that it doesn't fit. Some spoken sentences are just missed. It's hard to watch anything in subtitles. You miss dialogue
