No Signal On TV Via Receiver

Hello,

I just got the latest Shaw TV equipment.  Everything works fine if I connect the little Shaw box directly to the TV via the HDMI cable.  However, when I try to run the Shaw TV signal through my Pioneer A/V receiver and then to the TV using HDMI cables I get no signal on the TV.

Any suggestions?  Thanks for the help!

What do you have the video output resolution on the Shaw box set to? If it is set to 4K output your TV may be able to view that (direct connection), however if your A/V receiver does not support 4K that may explain the problem. If true, then you may want to lower the resolution on the Shaw box to HD.
