Reconnected my DCX3200-M cable box and am not getting any signal. It just says NoIP on the display. I have tried rebooting the box and it still has the NoIP. Suggestions?

Hi

It could be a couple things, but the NoIP message usually means there is no signal. Do you know if the outlet is active? Was the box recently moved from another account, or left unplugged for a significant amount of time?

Hi @trinirbaker , have you tried to reboot your tv box?  Unplug the power from the back of the unit and wait 30 sec. and then plug the power back in and wait for the tv box to cycle through all its boot up sequence. This would be the first thing I would try no matter which model of tv box you have.  One thing to note Rogers/Shaw has been actively retiring older model pvr's as of late, and if you have an older legacy system and not the newer ignite wireless tv boxes that could also cause a no ip display.  You should check to see if your model is affected here  Shaw Legacy Cable Box Upgrade . Hope this helps a little.
