I feel when you do a message or input to the Your Voice part of sending feedback or anything it's not worth it as I honestly believe Shaw (sorry I still call it Shaw not Rogers) does not listen or take into consideration what we ask or write about in the Your Voice....not sure if it's the same with other customers....I feel Shaw has it set ways that no matter what customers ask for, Shaw doe not care... anyway my apologies for this ran lol
