I'm hearing many channels
I have the same issue. This has been happening for months! What is more frustrating is waiting on the phone for hours!
If this continues I will be moving to Telus.
It is happening with all of my channels. Screen also goes black. I have to switch channels and then it's usually ok for 1 - 2 minutes, then repeats itself.

It could be a "signal-strength" issue -- a weak signal:
Contact Shaw, and get them to remotely logon to your TV box, to view and interpret the many statistics recorded by the box, looking for a weak signal.
