unable to use channel up and down on 692 and 691 on the blue sky remote

recently we have not been able to navigate to channel 691 and 692 using the channel up and down on a blue sky remote

Hey aapplegate,

Thank you for reaching out! It may be a parental feature enabled so you don't accidentally select those channels. You should still be able to access them through the guide or directly pressing the channel numbers.
