Video on demand

Somehow the video on demand has been charged to my bill twice now for movies I did not want to watch or purposely "purchase."  I was just browsing and looking to see what was there and somehow they were activated and charged to my bill.   It's a bit ridiculous how easy it is and there should be a better system to safe guard against this or reverse the charge if I don't watch it or want it.  I'm pretty tech savy so the fact that has happened twice is getting really annoying to me.

@vodjul -- once you do "activate" a title, you have a few days (maybe 2?) to watch it as many times as you can.

So, did you choose the same title, more than a few days apart?  That would be invoiced as multiple rentals.

Anyway, contact Support [1-888-472-2222] to see if they will be generous, and "cancel" some/all of those charges?
