Shaw Webmail has a calendar you can use to set reminders and create events. You can create multiple calendars to keep your activities organized (eg. work vs. home), and you can tag your calendar events to find them using the built-in search feature.
All of your calendars, including shared calendars, are visible in your calendar list.
To view your calendars:
You can change the calendar view further by clicking the Day, Work Week, Week, Month, and List buttons located top-right. Keyboard shortcuts for these same actions are D, WW, W, M, and L, respectively.
To customize your "Work Week":
To create a new calendar event:
The event will be added to your calendar and an invitation will be emailed to attendees.
You can also create a calendar event by:
If you created an event, you can cancel it. If the event is recurring, you can cancel one, or the entire series of events.
To cancel an event:
If you cancel an event with other attendees, you will have the option to customize the message they receive.
The list view is a simplified listing of calendar events in the date range you specify. Events from all selected calendars will be listed by date and time, with details including the subject, location, status, and more.
To activate list view:
To change back to the default calendar view, click the Month button at the far right of the toolbar.
The mini calendar in the bottom left corner of Webmail provides quick access to your upcoming events, no matter where you are in the app. On days with events scheduled, the number will appear in bold. Hover over any number to view that day's events. You can also right-click any date on the mini calendar and select New Appointment or a New All Day Appointment to create a new event.
You can create multiple calendars to keep scheduled activities separate. All events from all calendars will appear together, but you can set colours to tell them apart.
