Follow these steps if you're unable to link a smart home device to the BlueCurve Home app:

  1. Make sure your BlueCurve Home app is updated to the latest version from your app store.
  2. Ensure your smart home device is added to its included third party app (from the manufacturer).
  3. Confirm you have properly added the device to BlueCurve Home by following these steps.
  4. Log out and back in to the BlueCurve Home app.
  5. If possible, try setting it up on a different mobile device using the BlueCurve Home app.
  6. Uninstall and re-install the BlueCurve Home app on your mobile device.

Issues with controlling a linked device
