I cant seem to access this page as it wont load

On a Windows computer, hold-down the "Windows" key (bottom-left of your keyboard), and touch the "R" key. Release both keys.
In the window that opens, type CMD and press ENTER.
In the window that opens, type IPCONFIG /ALL
and press ENTER, to see output like:
IPv4 address ............. aa.bb.cc.dd
Default Gateway .............. aa.bb.cc.ee
Do you see "10.0.0" instead of "aa.bb.cc" ?
to see if you can connect.
Also something to try: within your web-browser, disable any "proxy-server" settings.
@22Monica22 If you have the BlueCurve Gateway internet modem, then 10.0.0.1 would be the default IP address to log in to change your manage the modem configuration (on other modem models, the default IP would be 192.168.0.01), however, this address can be modified within the modem settings, so it's possible to have changed that in the past.
You can restore all default settings on your modem by doing a pinhole reset: locate the small reset hole on the back of your modem, and use a pin or paperclip to press and hold the reset button for 30-45 seconds, then allow the modem to reboot. Once it's booted back up, you should be able to login to 10.0.0.1 or 192.168.0.1 either by connecting via ethernet to the modem, or connecting using the default network name and passphrase on the modem.
It would be helpful if in the BlueCurve Gateway Settings instructions at https://support.shaw.ca/t5/internet-articles/how-to-change-the-wifi-channel-on-shaw-modem/ta-p/6572#... if what was put in Step 1 instructions was not just "Enter the following: 10.0.0.1" and the image just shows that. So what you get is 100K search suggestions. Only when you add http:// will it work.
I'm not sure if it's related, but I also just noticed that I'm having this issue and it appears that the webserver isn't running on my BlueCurve Gateway any more.
Edit: I should add, I did try restarting the gateway via the app. I have not tried power cycling it yet though, but I will when I get a chance.

Hey so I am in there. it as for user and password. I am assuming it is 'admin' and the wifi password. but it keeps looking me out after 3 attempts. did you figure out what the password would be? or where it is located on the underside of the modem?

If you have got a BlueCurve gateway modem, please use the BlueCurve Home app/website ( see the steps here) to access your modem admin.
I have already done this. however your programing seems to be broken. my actual device seems to keep changing ip address from 10.0.0.99. i need that one device to stay static. unfortunately you as a company have disabled my ability to actually go into the modem under 10.0.0.1 and going through admin. your steps dont work. what can i do from here? can I talk to a programmer on you end that can fix this. This is about a 15-30 second fix you have just locked users out of their modems.

There should be a black/white label located on the underside of the XB7 modem.
Hint: use the camera on your smart-phone to take a picture of the label.
Then, you can zoom-in on your phone on the image, to more-easily read the "fine-print", including the ID & the password.
