For the past few weeks the Wi-Fi has been disconnecting several times a day and requiring a reboot or a reconnection, Ethernet speed is fine, wireless has just been shoddy lately. Below is a Puma 6 modem test, can vary greatly throughout the day. Have unplugged the router countless times and have done through 192.168.0.1 to see if any rouge connections are slowing it down and everything seems normal. To obtain a different router, does a technician need to visit? Or can it be done at a store/mail?

@VoteNixon that can certainly be frustrating ☹️. It may be WiFi interference, have you tried changing your wireless channels (1, 6 or 11)? If so, it may also be a faulty modem and a swap is needed. You can swap it at your local Shaw retailer. If the problems persist after that, contact us so we can schedule a technician.

Excellent response, thank you so much for your time! I'll give that a try.
