I am continuously experiencing outtages of my internet service. Error logs below.
We have replaced modem, replaced router, replaced ethernet cables, shut down ipv6 on all desktop PCs and Macs. Still experiencing them daily. Our modem is in bridge mode and connected via ethernet to a 3rd party router.
Shaw support consistently defaults to say it is the router. I have confirmed with Shaw that my setup should be compatible with the blue curve modem. Also, I can see from the community that this is being experienced by other users not using a 3rd party router. Im not sure these errors would stop if we ditched the router.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Error logs show the following: *Would be good if logs showed which device is requesting a renewed protocol? I have them setup with static IP's and could trace.

Are you able to test the connection by taking the BC gateway out of bridge mode and using it as your wifi router. This would rule out your router as the problem.
Hi
My issueis same lots of service drops lots of error messages but i didit bridge the router yet
Speed is slooow amd intermittently cut in out,ive factory reset the router and reconfigured it a few times but no luck..also having huge amounts of ipv6 firewall attacks every day thousands of times sometime. Amd i prefer not using ipv6 but this router even fctory reset does not let me set my preference settings . I do not wish to use 5gh network and even after turning it off its still broadcasting without a ssid. But this casing my tblet and all other devices to loose stream radio,nd my tblet is older so it just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting between the same hub ip adress . Also it doesnt allow me to adjust nything in the wifi tuning as in changing better channels its always on 6 and its polluted by 3 near by wifis also on 6.
My router is a technicolor cgm 4141shw
Also the wifi range is very spotty and very poor being 15ft away fro itoutside my front door and i barely get reception..my old routers were coveriing entore hous3 same spot.
Lastly ive also noticed the coax cable is really old and few places hard kinked in my crawl space and it has 3 splitter type connections just close to what i see within 2ft of ea other..
And they look like professional crimped ends also..
