I am experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with the service this morning. I am type this email though my cell phone hot spot right now.
I have rebooted my PC, network and shaw router but still having issues with your internet service.

Been having the same issues in Lynn valley too. Keeps going down then back up, then down. Hotspot on phone is all that is reliable today.

I'm getting periodic internet interruptions in North Vancouver as well, specifically, the Indian River Drive area, bottom of Mt Seymour

What is the problem....are you repairing lines or what?
Has this been fixed, North Vancouver. Capilano Edgemont area still really, we should not have to pay for this crappy service

there are two "resolved" outage-reports on October 24: Langley, and Central Burnaby.
Shaw tends to remove such reports after they have been "resolved". So, it is possible that the outage in your area has also been "resolved".
