Outlook email

I hate hate hate that I have Outlook and not just the Shaw that I have had for 15 years. How do I go back to the original layout, with a lovely family picture? 

I had reverted back to the classic format, but now that is not available. Every time I log into my email there is a bloody ad for Capital Finance or some other crap that I am not interested in.

@Marnie007  You can blame Microsoft for the new outlook it has nothing to do with Rogers/Shaw.  Microsoft has been notifying customers for over a year that the old Outlook will be retired and the new one will be mandatory.  I presume you don't log into shaw webmail directly and you preferred to use the original Outlook, if this is the case I'm not sure your gonna be happy.  Maybe someone else on here knows how to personalize the new Outlook email client so you can have your family picture displayed again.  Sorry wasn't more help for you.
