If you are using Shaw WebMail, move the mouse-pointer over any of the folder-names along the left-edge, and wait a few seconds, to see something like "666 messages occupying 777 Mbytes".
Maybe, your "sent" and "trash" folders are the largest?
@Odette2 following the steps here should work.
@Drever -- I want the email icon on my desktop.
Click on the email app with the 2nd (usually the right-side) mouse-button, and chose "Send To", and choose "Desktop".

I can't access my webmail to clean it out. Your changes are awful. I think I might have to delete my webmail so it doesn't clog my computer
Can't find Shaw webmail login. You're running a bull pen that's absolutely full of it. Does Shaw belong in Canada?

Why not? What happens when you access Shaw WebMail ? Do you get any error message?
If you have forgotten your E-mail password, logon to the My Shaw Portal, and set a new E-mail password.
