Highlight the ones you don't want and "delete". Do you know how to highlight? Hold cursor down on a section and move the cursor along to the right or down the list and highlighted area will turn blue. Release the cursor and area remains blue, then press "delete".

- What program are you using to access your E-mail, e.g., "Thunderbird" or "Outlook" or "Windows Mail" or "Windows Live Mail" or "Outlook Express" or "webmail.shaw.ca" or "Apple Mail"
- When you open the program, are you supplying a valid ID & password?

@Axel69 -- within Shaw WebMail, move the mouse-pointer over one of the "folder" names on the left edge of the window, and let it "hover" there. There should be a pop-up that displays the number of messages in that folder, and the total size (megabytes) of the messages in that folder.
Be sure to point to the "Trash" folder, and also the "Sent" folder.
