Either your keyboard is malfunctioning, or your Windows system has "Multiple Input Languages", and you activated it:
To switch between keyboard languages in Windows 10, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts:
Windows + Spacebar: This shortcut activates the next keyboard language or layout. It is the only Windows 10 change language shortcut that you cannot modify.
Left Alt + Shift: This is the default shortcut to change the keyboard language in Windows 10. It ignores other layouts you’re using for the same language.

i am trying to reset my shaw password, but am unable to because you are sending me to my email account and i am unable to access my email. i gave you an email to send itt to but that was rejected. what is tthe solution.
@D081408E -- can you logon to the My Shaw Portal, and then choose "Internet", and then select your E-mail ID, and change the password?
Or, just telephone Shaw [1-888-472-2222] to get assistance.
