I've been trying to contact Shaw/Rogers bulk account team without success. I bought into an Ignite value package (internet/tv) about 16 months ago (still have 8 months to go). In that period I have bought a condo and the association has a bulk account for TV with Shaw included in the fees. Unfortunately I have to finish off the Ignite commitment or buy it out so I'm using it until it's over and plan to start using the condo supplied package then. However, the condo package uses the old Arris box with no PVR. I'm trying to find out from Shaw if I can add a physical PVR or upgrade the existing condo package to more modern equipment. So far I haven't been able to talk (chat) with a person that can help. Anyone have some knowledge they can share? Appreciate any help or contact info.
