How to restart your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box
Many issues can be resolved by restarting your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box. There are a few different ways to reset it.
From the Help menu
- Say “Help” into your Rogers Streaming voice remote.
- Select the Restart option.
From the Settings menu
- Select the Settings (cog) icon from the home screen.
- Select Device Settings.
- Select Restart.
Unplugging the power
- Unplug the power cord from the back of your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box.
- Wait a few moments then plug it back in.
