My Blue Curve TV has 4 serious problems. 1 has been ongoing since I got the Blue Curve equipment. One is recurring for the last 3-4 months and is getting steadily worse, and 2 occurred over the weekend.
For all of these problems I have tried endless restarts and also power-off reboots, with no effect at all.
Please service my system. I am Shaw user PickerDad.

@PickerDad -- For many months, I get recordings of every repeat of the same program, same episode.
Check the recording settings for that program. Do not select "record on all channels". Do not select "repeat" broadcasts.
Note that sometimes the TV stations provide information that an episode is "new" when the episode is a "repeat". The information is provided to a company, and the Shaw "Guide" gets the information from that company.
my shaw is a blank screen with a No signal showing on it. On the last 4 days of an election, I would view this as sabotage! Is it down because some group ahead of me is getting a new fibre line? something about what's going on, please?
@JohnClark1 No signal indicates that the TV is on the wrong input, or the cable box is powered off.
