It's convenient and easy to manage every aspect of your bills using the My Shaw website and the My Shaw app. My Shaw will enable you to self serve and always be on top of your Shaw bill.

Setting up your account

For new customers needing to set up a My Shaw account you will first need a Shaw ID. See How to create a Shaw ID for a step by step.

Manage your bill on the My Shaw website

To manage your bill using the My Shaw website:

1. Sign in to my.shaw.ca.
2. Click My Bills. 

On this screen of the My Shaw website, you can:

• view your current bill
• view the current balance due
• see when your next payment is due
• make a payment online
• view your billing history
• view past transactions
• set up auto payments
• subscribe to eBills

Manage your bill using the My Shaw app

To manage your bill using the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store).

1. Open the My Shaw app.
2. Click Billing in the bottom menu.

On this screen of the My Shaw app, you can:

• view your current bill
• view the current balance due
• see when your next payment is due
• make a payment online
• view your billing history
• view past transactions
• set up auto payments
• subscribe to eBills

If you have saved payment information, you can also view the saved payment methods as well.
