You can pay your Shaw bill, view past bills, check your balance, and manage your account settings by logging in to the My Shaw app (Apple | Android) or My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca). You can even set up pre-authorized monthly payments with your credit card or bank account details.

 

 

How to make a secure payment

Make a payment in My Shaw

  1. Sign in to my.shaw.ca.
  2. Click Make payment.
  3. Enter your payment details or select a saved credit card profile.
  4. Click Pay now.
  5. Optionally, click Save Card to save your payment information for future use.

 

Saving your payment details to your payment profile is a secure and convenient way to make quicker payments in the future. If you would rather not save your payment information, you can simply enter it every time you make a payment.

How to set up pre-authorized payments

You can set up pre-authorized payments using a credit card or a bank account.

 

  1. Sign in to my.shaw.ca.
  2. Click Set up Auto Payments.
  3. Select your preferred payment method (Credit card or Bank account) and click Continue.
  4. Enter credit card or bank account details and click Sign up.

 

You will see a green bar indicating that auto payments are now active for your account. You can update or cancel your pre-authorize payments at any time.

How to update pre-authorized payment information

Auto Payments in My Shaw

  1. Sign in to my.shaw.ca.
  2. Scroll down to Auto Payments.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Select whether you would like to edit your current payment method information, or to switch payment methods.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Enter your information and click Sign up.

How to request a payment extension

If you are eligible for a payment extension and your account is overdue, you will see a banner at the top of my.shaw.ca giving you the option to submit a payment extension request. On the My Shaw app, you will see the same message on the Home and Billing screens. 

 

On your computer:

  1. Sign in to my.shaw.ca.
  2. Click Request a payment extension.
  3. Enter your payment information:
    • Payment date: When you will be making the payment in full. This must be within the next 5 days.
    • Payment method: How you will be making a payment (eg. in-store or via another payment option).
    • Contact email address: Your primary email address.
  4. Click Save.

 

On the My Shaw app:

  1. Open the My Shaw app.
  2. Tap Request payment extension. This link will only be visible if you are eligible.
  3. When viewing the form, enter the requested information and select the date by which your payment will arrive.
  4. Enter your payment information:
    • Payment date: When you will be making the payment in full. This must be within the next 5 days.
    • Payment method: How you will be making a payment (eg. in-store or via another payment option).
    • Contact email address: Your primary email address.
  5. Submit your request.


You should see a confirmation message that your extension request has been submitted. When we receive your request we will let you know whether an extension is possible. You will also receive a summary of your request via email.
